About the Podcast
In our roles as meditation teachers as well as busy working mums, we (Alessandra from Sweden and Kara from US) discuss various aspects of meditation in "real life". We are seekers who are always trying to deepen our understanding of what is beyond the conscious realm, and we are thrilled to bring the listeners along for the ride as we explore.
Based on the yogic teaching we share our own meditation journeys with its ups and downs, invite inspiring guests and discuss yogic philosophy in the light of modern science. Topics tangential to meditation are frequently explored, such as ayurveda, energetic healing, spiritual awakenings, mental health, personal development, and so much more.
