This episode is dedicated to our beautiful hearts, our center of feeling and intuitive knowing. Many of us acknowledge this pathfinder in life when we say things like "listen to your heart," or "I put my heart and soul into it".

But what do the yogic teachings say about the role of the heart, and what does science show so far? Tune in and we will explore this as well as our personal stories on how we use feeling to create deeper meditations as well as better relationships within ourselves and with others.

Our heart is the space for the most beautiful of feelings - our natural tendency to love - but it can also be the cause of emotional roller coaster rides though life. The practice of yoga/meditation guides us in awakening this natural tendency to love and feel and gives us balance.
